We’re working on behalf of a growing healthcare organization that provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Through their innovative PACE model of care, they serve as both the health plan and the provider, allowing participants to live safely in their homes rather than moving into skilled nursing facilities.

We seek candidates with at least one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred for the role of Healthcare Sales Specialist. This is NOT a “hard sell” pressure role. You’re not pushing a product; rather, you’re connecting vulnerable seniors with life-changing care. You’ll be helping seniors get the support they need to stay in their homes and communities. You'll be focusing on relationships, not transactions – You’ll build genuine, ongoing relationships with seniors, caregivers, and community partners rather than chasing one-off sales.

The person in this role will coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities. She/he will identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads, leading to potential enrollments. She/he will establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners including senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations. She/he will develop and implement monthly marketing plans to consistently achieve monthly enrollment metric goals.

Candidates must have at least one (1) year of experience in a sales and marketing role with at least one (1) year in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but outside healthcare-related sales experience is the key. Experience with Salesforce and Athena is a plus.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000 and uncapped commissions as well as excellent benefits that include medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) and 401-K savings + match. The role also provides great work/life balance - 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and sick time.
