We seek candidates with at least two (2) or more years of experience in acute care laboratory services for the role of Laboratory Supervisor. The person in this role will supervise the daily operations of Laboratory Services, ensuring adequate staffing on all three shifts; this includes monitoring turnaround times and patient satisfaction. He/she will respond and assist in the correction of provider and patient issues or concerns. He/she will serve as a liaison and resource to central receiving staff in problem solving activities related to inpatient specimen collection and processing. He/she will be responsible for ensuring adequate supplies and consumables needed for the operation of Laboratory Services. 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science – OR – a Bachelor’s in some other field of study AND completion of a Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science program. Must have ASCP registration.
