Looking for a great opportunity with a global leader?  We seek a Registered Nurse with certification as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) for the role of Health Services Manager.  In this role you will assume leadership of a team of medical professionals to provide prompt and quality medical care to employees.  You will analyze Workers Compensation claim data and collaborate with Corporate Workers Compensation Managers, Human Resources, Safety, Operations and Plant Management to identify opportunities and implement actions to decrease liability in the Workers Compensation arena.  You will manage Occupational Health/Workers Compensation Department through efficient utilization of available staff, implementation of policies and procedures and supervision of department staff.  You will develop and document plant specific policies and procedures to ensure compliance with mandated programs of Company, State or Federal organizations.  You will ensure that OSHA mandated programs and record keeping are completed to comply with regulations.
 
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Must have three (3) or more years in an Occupational Health Setting.  Our ideal candidate will have two (2) years of management experience in an Occupational Health Setting.  Must have ER/Trauma experience and strong familiarity with FMLA and ADAAA regulations.  Must have knowledge of online charting systems.  Strong preference given to candidates with COHN certification.  Must have strong knowledge of OSHA, Workers Compensation and Industry.  Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able and willing to work on-call hours for off-shift care of employees and occasional weekend work.
