Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek candidates with one (1) or more years of PT experience for the role of Outpatient Physical Therapist. In this role you will provide professional patient care and practices physical therapy by evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting treatment. You will evaluate and treat patients in accordance with the order from the physician and
provide treatment through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of the patient’s life. You will develop and implement an individualized a treatment plan based on patient needs and containing achievable functional goals. You will revise treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process. You will instruct and collaborate with physical therapy assistants regarding treatment procedures to be utilized and provide the appropriate supervision of patients being treated by the assistant. 

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and be licensed as a PT in the state of Indiana (or be eligible to gain this licensure).  Preference will be given to candidates with at least one (1) year of experience,  although new grads who have completed a clinical rotation in outpatient rehab therapy are welcome to apply.
