We seek a Certified Breast Patient Navigator with three (3) or more years of experience in an Outpatient Center /Acute Care hospital for the role of REGISTERED NURSE - BREAST NAVIGATOR.  The person in this role will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and be responsible for providing comprehensive and age appropriate care/consultation to patients during periods of illness and wellness. This position provides support and guidance, linking patients and their families to healthcare services that meet their needs and serving as a communication bridge among and between patients, families and members of the patient's care team.
 
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed in the state of California (or have the ability to gain CA licensure).  Certified Breast Patient Navigator certification is required. Certified Navigator will also be considered.  Preference given to candidates with three (3) or more years of experience in an outpatient center / acute care hospital.  Prior oncology is experience preferred; oncology certification desirable.
