Nurse Manager | SNF

Location: Howell, MI
Date Posted: 07-16-2018
Located 40 miles southeast of Lansing and 50 miles northwest of Detroit, Howell is a prime example of a small rural community that is doing big things.  Quiet, tree-lined streets, Victorian-era architecture - like a scene from a movie depicting days gone by, Howell is at once both familiar and new again with its collection of trendy shops and high-profile destination dining. With a comfortable charm and an urban flair, this Top 10 Great American Main Street (GAMSA) community is a National Registered Historic District and an official Michigan “Cool City.”  Parks and lakes are in no shortage in Howell either, with dozens scattered throughout the community. Howell City Park overlooks Thompson Lake and boasts over 22 acres of recreation with picnic tables, grills, shelters, playgrounds, sports fields and beach areas. Just outside of town, the Howell Nature Center is the state’s largest rehabilitative center for wildlife and features the region’s only Eco Zip Tour.
