Looking for a great opportunity with a leader? We seek a Bachelors educated Registered Nurse with previous supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting (women’s health, internal medicine or family medicine) for the role of Clinical Supervisor.  In this role you will work a Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm shift.  You will be responsible for the clinical staff and providers, managing 9 medical assistants, 2 RN’s, and a LPN.  You will lead education/training and quality metrics.  You will work with the Quality team for PCMH re-certification.  You will order clinical supplies and make clinical schedules.  You will administer Kronos for clinical staff.  
 
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Preference given to candidates with a BSN.   Must have previous supervisory experience.  Preference given to candidates with previous supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting.  Our ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, be objective, and function as a team player.
