Their innovative clinical trials program explores promising new treatments for a broad range of cancers.  They offer a complete line of clinical oncology services utilizing the latest cancer-specific targeted medications and the most advanced life-saving technology.
 
We seek candidates with three (3) or more years of experience for the role of Diagnostic Medical Physicist.  In this role you will be responsible for the safe and appropriate use of radiation in the diagnostic and interventional setting, and work under the supervision of the Director of Medical Physics. You will act as the RSO or Assistant RSO, (Radiation Safety Officer) and be responsible for implementation and oversight of the radiation safety program, including all pertinent licensure or registration of radioactive materials and radiation-producing machines. You  will be responsible for ensuring overall compliance with all state and federal level regulations and requirements pertaining to diagnostic imaging. You will be accountable to Directors of Radiology, CVIR and OR in meeting these requirements.
 
Candidates must have M.S. degree in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP accredited Graduate Program in the USA.  Must hold certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Radiological Physics.  Must have three (3) or more years of
experience as a diagnostic medical physicist. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required to satisfy Hospital needs.
