Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek a California-licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with three (3) or more years of management experience for the role of Administrative Director of Rehabilitation.  In this role you will be responsible for the rehabilitation services product line including the acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient therapy, and the expansion of post-acute programming in the Antelope Valley. You will oversee daily operations of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, a comprehensive 27-bed inpatient distinct part unit that provides acute rehabilitation services to individuals with neurological and/or musculoskeletal conditions. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation related to the rehabilitation service’s programs, referral development, volume growth, quality patient care outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal accountability. You will serve as an integral part of the hospital's leadership team, collaborating with other professional disciplines to assure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired outcomes.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and be licensed as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the state of California.  Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience with outpatient, rehab unit, and acute therapies that includes at least three (3) years of management/program development experience.  Inpatient rehab experience is highly preferred. Our ideal candidate will come from a rehab unit within a hospital setting. Our ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience in improving FIM scores.
