Looking for a change of scenery? We seek candidates with two (2) or more years of management experience in a skilled nursing facility for the role of Nursing Home Administrator at a 114-bed facility. In this role you will responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the facility, facility compliance with policies and State and Federal rules and regulations, and providing the highest quality of care possible. You will lead the planning process to develop goals for quality care, employee retention and financial performance. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. You will direct the hiring and training of personnel. You will prepare annual budgets for approval by Regional Management. You will direct and guide the activities of clinical, administrative and service departments. You will implement control systems to ensure accountability of all departments. You will represent the facility at community meetings and promotes programs through various news media. You will monitor performance for achievement of goals and for improvement, and takes corrective action when necessary.
 
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in health care administration, business administration, finance, a clinical specialty or equivalent long term care experience. Must have at least two (2) years experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a long term care facility.
