Looking for a great opportunity?  We seek a Registered Nurse with demonstrated management experience for the role of  RN ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR, CVICU, CCU, CARDIAC TELE.  In this role you will join a 493-bed community hospital and Level I Trauma Center located on a 42-acre medical plaza.  You will provide oversight of the the following inpatient units: CVICU, CCU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Step Down. There are Managers over each unit that report to the position. You will be responsible for the administrative and clinical aspects of the clinical departments to include organizing, developing, directing, and assuring the delivery of cost effective, quality patient care. You will ensure that patient care on the unit(s) is performed in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and Joint Commission standards.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Florida (or be able to gain this licensure). Preference given to candidates with a Masters degree.  Must have two (2) or more years of experience in health care management  Our ideal candidate will have two (2) or more years of leadership experience overseeing a Cardio Vascular ICU (CVICU) and other cardiac units. Must have working knowledge of Quality Improvement Process and TJC standards.  Must be able to relate to a large variety of individuals.
