Looking for a great opportunity?  We seek a Registered Nurse with previous experience in the manufacturing industry and strong knowledge of OSHA standards and injury/illness reporting for the role of Occupational Health Nurse.  In this role you will provide cost effective nursing services and programs to treat and improve the health and wellness of the Team Members and reduce incidents within the facilities. You will conduct on-site treatment of injuries, and evaluates physical condition of patient.  You will contact  physician and hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.  You will remove sutures as required.  You will counsel Team Members of injury prevention and health care. You will maintain record of persons treated, and prepare accident reports and insurance forms as required. You will develop proactive health programs, such as health education (wellness), accident prevention, alcohol/drug abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking, flu shots, and weight control regimens. You may assist company physician in physical examination of new employees. You will manage worker Compensation claims.  You will maintains Health Center and First aid supplies. 

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Pennyslvania (or have the ability to gain this licensure).  Must have five (5) to seven (7) years of practical nursing experience. Must have strong OSHA standards and injury/illness reporting.  Must have manufacturing or emergency room experience.  Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills.
