Looking for a change of scenery?  We seek a Registered Nurse with three (3) or more years of management experience for the role of Director - Ambulatory Surgery Center.  In this role you will assume responsibility for overall leadership, direction, and management of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) including safety, practices of professional nursing, quality, operations, department planning and development, employee development, and evaluation of services.  You will be responsible for personnel management, budgeting, reimbursement issues, patient care management, regulatory requirements compliance, provider satisfaction, and continuous quality improvement.  You will use lean based principles to build systems and workflows to achieve safety, quality and patient satisfaction principles.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Washington.  Master’s Degree in Nursing, business, or other healthcare field from an accredited educational institution preferred.  Must have three (3) or more years of management experience.  Five (5) or more years of recent Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required.
